D.B.E. puts together packages for material & equipment for our clients as a turnkey project or work as a material supplier. We work with many equipment and material manufacturers as well as regional distributors to provide technically competent services for material procurement, approval, and substitution at the most competitive rate.
Construction & Management Services:
As a General Contractor D.B.E. Electric completed several projects. D.B.E. created a niche expertise in hospitality industry doing complete renovation and rehabilitation work. The largest project completed was a $7 Million Hampton Inn project in Long Island, New York.
D.B.E. also possesses extensive experience in construction management on variety of public works projects. Our professional management personnel perform day-to-day services for our clients. D.B.E. also manages manpower, materials, submittals, C.P.M. schedule, site safety management, quality control and quality assurance services. Engineering Design, Drafting and CAD Services:
D.B.E. Electric has a dedicated staff, proper equipment, and advanced programs to perform “CAD” work. We have a dedicated local office for “CAD” work for better coordination of projects within New York City. Preparing “Shop Drawings” and “As-Built” drawings are an ease due to experienced gained from many projects for a variety of Public Agencies as well as Private owners. A team of 10 engineers, technical and support staff have a over a 100 years of combined experience in construction related projects.
Energy Services:
D.B.E. Electric is capable of providing a turnkey Energy Efficiency, Green Energy and Co-Generation solutions to any property whether it is residential, commercial, institutional and/or governmental. They pledge to offer full-service from energy audit to project implementation to long term maintenance. In past few years, Janak Shah, D.B.E.'s president, has worked extensively in the area of energy efficient lighting and building control systems; developing a significant proficiency in “NET ZERO” concept of building energy efficiency design and construction. Working relationships with many U.S. as well as international companies for solar, wind, geothermal and bio energy fields have been established. With the help of our elite staff, vendors and sub-contractors D.B.E. is able to carry out energy efficient lighting retrofits, HVAC efficiency improvement, co-Generation, in-door air quality enhancement, water savings and many other GREEN technologies. Lastly, they pride themselves on being able to offer “PPA”, “Shared Savings”, or “Lease” type options for project financing through various financial companies.
